By purchasing, you confirm that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research and that you have the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, are set out in our Terms and Conditions and are not affected by this policy.

3. Prohibition of Misuse:

Buyers explicitly agree not to resell, distribute, or supply the goods for any prohibited applications, including sports performance enhancement or any form of human or veterinary administration. Any informational content provided on our platform is purely for scientific context and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic advice.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability:

The buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the handling, storage, import, export, and utilization of these research compounds. BodyTech Peptides shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from misuse, non-compliant handling, or failure to follow proper laboratory safety protocols. To the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the purchase amount of the specific goods in question; this does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, import, handling, storage, and application of the products comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Portugal, the European Union, and their respective destination countries.
